Focus on the silly.

Try looking for the gold, the funny, the can’s, be with other people who will help you out of your pity party, people who can help you be several shades of silly.
Life will certainly always have a whole pile of serious for you to dwell on, but it also has a lot of crazy, silliness to slide into if you allow it in.
Bring on some silly today, I bet you will feel a whole lot better.
